Visualizing End of Life Issues
RESOURCES – CARD DECKS
The Artists' Grief Deck
"A set of 60 medium format 'flashcards' that are individually designed by artists, sometimes in collaboration with grief workers. One side displays an original artwork, created by artists from around the world responding to our open call, and on the reverse is a 'grieving prompt.' These are memorial and processual actions that give the individual something to do – a gesture, a tiny performance, a movement, an act of mindfulness – in memoriam for someone or something whose loss they are grieving."
Heart to Heart Conversation Cards
"Learn to listen, talk, and explore the history of your friends. The card game you play with your heart."
The Death Deck
"Have Fun With Some Taboo Talk. Play the new party game that lets you explore a topic we’re all obsessed with but often afraid to discuss."
The Go Wish Game
"Go Wish gives you an easy, even entertaining way to talk about what is most important to you. The cards help you find words to talk about what is important if you were to be living a life that may be shortened by serious illness. Playing the game with your relatives or best friends can help you learn how you can best comfort your loved ones when they need you most. Go Wish can be played by one, two or more people."
